    Believe me, I've tried every diet out there..I knew I was setting myself up for failure ten years ago when my sister suggested I try this "flush". However, when I detoxed as outlined in the book, within two weeks I had lost 10 pounds, but more importantly felt better both physically AND mentally. Everything in the book makes sense.....ten years ago, and still today. I am at that point in my life where I need to get back to feeling good, and unfortunately lost this book. I reordered today and made a grocery list of what I need for the next two weeks as I begin the "detox". Everyone should own this book, whether you need to lose weight or just feel good. It's all about eating the right combination of foods and getting you to make that lifestyle change of eating well. Trust me when I say it works.
